What Mediums Do You Use?
My paintings are created using various types of inks (India ink, acrylic-based inks, and oil-based inks). I use brushes, pens, pencils, spatulas, paint scrapers and even needles as tools. I work on a primed, textured paper and raw canvas. I do experiment with other mediums and surfaces on occasion and will include those details in the product descriptions.
Other Than Online, Where Do You Show & Sell Your Work?
My online shop is updated weekly and includes original ink paintings, giclées, cards and more; however, you can currently see and purchase my work at The Gilt Complex and Stuart Coffee Company (both located in downtown Stuart, FL). Do You Take Commissions?
Absolutely! I love taking commissions and creating something special for my clients. If you are interested in a custom ink painting, fill out the form or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and put “Commission Inquiry” with your name in the subject line. If you reside in the Indian River/St. Lucie/Martin/Palm Beach County, FL area, I’d be happy to meet with you in person to discuss the commission.
Do You Have A Studio or Storefront I Can Visit?
My art studio is a private space and is not open to the public. You can take a peek into my studio with my At-Home Studio Tour blog post, where you will be able to see my work space and learn about the products I use. I also show and store a small selection of work at The Gilt Complex, where I work full-time as a fine art framer and design consultant. If you’d like to meet with me in person and learn more about my art and commission process, please email me at email@example.com to schedule an appointment.
How Do You Ship Your Work? Do You Ship Internationally??
I ship via USPS and UPS Ground (depending on the order), with shipping times depending on the location. If you need an item rushed, please message me for details and pricing. At this time, my website only allows purchases within the continental United States. If you reside outside the US and would like to purchase an item, please contact me directly and I will send you a custom link with shipping info included. If you have any questions or concerns regarding placing or shipping an order, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I would be happy to help.
Do You Issue Returns/Credits?
All sales from Katie Gianni Art are final. I understand that purchasing art online can sometimes be difficult. I strive to provide the most accurate product descriptions, photographs and shipping info. If you have any questions regarding colors or the metallic inks, please contact me BEFORE purchasing at email@example.com. If your order has been damaged in transit, please declare it as “damaged upon arrival” when signing for it at delivery. Email or call me within 24 hours, and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
